I would recommend anyone to join Genes Reunited and pay the subscription. For £9.75 I have found living blood relatives on my Dads side of the family - living on the other side of the globe. From these people I have now got a handful of very old photographs which are now very precious to me and my family. I now know a little bit about my ancestors and where we came from - something I never knew anything about until now! I have found family from all over the country - from my Dads maternal line and the contacts are rolling in weekly. My family tree has grown from around 30 people to over 250 in the space of 2 months.... so go on, join up - I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
