My daughter told me her dads name was on here, this has now meant I have made contact with his cousin. I then started looking on here for info about my late paternal grandfather and have since (2 weeks ago) expanded the tree to include my mothers side and it has just expanded rapidly. Thank you to everyone who helped, I have now been in contact with first cousins, found out about late great uncles, I didnt know existed. A HUGE thank you to Kath, who is not related but has been such a big help in helping me trace even further back than I could have anticipated. This is such a friendly site. If I had one request it would be that people answered the emails, or that there was a way of knowing that they registered years ago, so may not been be looking at the site any more. |
