I have grown my family tree with the help of GenesReunited from 100+ to 800+ in just a matter of weeks, over the Christmas Holiday period. You people out there have just been amazing, Ijust hope those of you that helped, by letting me know we had links, will not be offended, when I haven't put them all on mine. Otherwise i'd be in the 2000+ zone and i'd just get told off all the more by mu daughters for hogging the PC. The Main Branches/Names for discovery have been Eddiford/Henderson/Turner/Purcell/Jenkinson/Cheek/Reed and many many more. I've yet to download more information, giving better details and a few extra names taking me to the 1100 marker covering 12 generations going back as far as 1676 so far, but mostly mid 1700 to mid 1800. I have previously published a lot smaller tree to Ancestry.com but this genesreunited is definately the way forward when looking for live connections. Regards Mark Henderson. |
