dear genes reunited i am trying to find my real mum that i have not seen since i was a baby which was 20 years ago i am doing everything that i can to try and find her as it is a very bad time at the moment with it coming up to christmas please try and help me the best way you can.The only things that i know is that she is called carol pearce but before that she was called carol rawlinson and her maiden name was abbott. My mum is in her late 40s the last i heard from her was when i was 16 as she sent me a letter and the adress was from sheffield so i dont know if she is still there.Please help me in any way you can my name is jennifer walters i am 21 years old and i live with freinds i will do what ever it takes to find my mum and i hope that you will help me thankyou.The only thing i can remember is my last adress where i lived as a family and this was 59 ridgeway east herringthorpe rotherham so if anyone knows anything of this adress please make contact asap thankyou.As far as i can remember after this address my mum moved to sheffield and i havent heard anything since i was at the age of 16 i would be very grateful if anyone knows something of this information to make contact please as this is my last resort thankyou once again. To whom it may concern. The reason I am writing this letter is because I am searching for my real mum when I was a baby I was stopped from seeing her and have never been told the reason why as far as I know is that I was brought up by my step parents who are Mavis Walters and Peter Walters and from the day I was with them my birth mum wrote to me every two weeks until I was the age of 16 the name of my birth mum is Carol Pearce but before this she was known as Carol Rawlinson. The only information I know is that my mum is in her late 40s the last I heard is that she was living at 59 Ridgeway East Herringthorpe Rotherham this was in the year of 1984.The last I heard when she sent me a letter at the age of 16 she was living at Sheffield The reason I am doing this is because it has been very hard for me not knowing who my mum really is and how long I haven’t known her for if there is anyone who knows anything of this name or anything about her then please let me know my name is Jennifer Walters before this I was called Jennifer Pearce the same surname as my mum but my step dad changed this to Walters when he took me on .I can only hope that there is someone out there that can help me as I really don’t know what to do anymore I guess it would be hard for anyone in this situation at the moment I am not building my hopes up as I may never find her and sometimes it is always best to prepare yourself for the worst I cant begin to imagine what my reaction would be if I did find her I know it will be very emotional and very hard but at the end of the day I am prepared to face all this .I would also like to say Thank you To everyone who has sent me emails about information on my mum as I am sure that this will help me a lot you have all been great and I couldn’t have done this without you all I can say is please keep them coming I am sure with the addresses that I have been given I will be able to find out more information.
