Jean Harrison I joined GR , in February of this year , after seeing my great grandmothers , very unusual surname , on one of the boards. I made contact with a distant cousin , a great grandson , of my Grandmothers sister........ Since then , I have found other distant cousins , in various parts of the world.......each time I made contact , and relationships were confirmed....the same thing happened..... I released my well researched tree ......never to hear from anyone again !!! And not to receive anything in return...... However....I have made some lovely friends , again in different parts of the world , which redresses the balance somewhat and I get so much pleasure , helping other people with their research . I use the site EVERY day , so probably the best £9.50 I have spent this year !!!! Kind regards to everyone Jean Harrogate |
