POWELL/HALE/BASHFORD AND TUCKNOTT I joined Genes Reuninted back in July and no sooner had I put some details of who I was searching for - did I get a response within 24hours from a lovely lady called Gail, offering me details and information that was relevant to my searches. Thanks to her. I have so far managed to get in contact with my dad's uncle and his neice, together with the widow of one of my mum's cousins. All were very helpful and pleased that we had 'reunited' some of the family again. Both my parents had lost contact with these relatives during the late 50's and early 1960's, so I was thrilled to find them. The Christmas card list is just growing! Thank you to everyone who has helped me so far and happy hunting! |
