I have had quite a bit of success since joining Genes Reunited, though the most unexpected family connection certainly made it all worth while. After entering my G G Grandmother's name I found a relative living in Australia that was also a G G Grandchild. Having had success on my father's side of the tree and finding relatives in England, I passed this information on to my third cousin who shared this family. We then entered a name from my cousin's mother's side (no connection to myself) or so we thought. The name registered to one of my recent finds, the other G G Grandchild in Australia. It turned out that my cousin's mother is connected to my mother's family. So my third cousin is my cousin twice, and my newly found cousin also has yet another new relative. The family is still pleasantly in shock!
