I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to VICTOR MARSHALL on this GenesReunited site, for his tremendous help in finding birth and marriage records. Like so many of us, I was floundering around, tring to begin my family tree and kept hitting the famous 'brick walls' Especially annoying were the greedy people who demanded subscriptions, fees etc for census records, parish records etc which is against the principle of everyone,s right to know their ancestry! Victor seems to have realised this major obstacle and offers genuine help. It is people like Victor who restores one's faith in the human race which has deteriated to a money-grabbing society. Thanks to Victor alone, I now have my much longed for family tree. Lorraine |
