I have to say that after two long and very frustrating years of trying to build my family tree from a little sappling, I am thrilled to announce that it is growing into a very large forest. And all thanks to genes r. I have made some giant leaps in my research and found family members I never realised existed. I can't tell you what a buzz I get when some new stranger turns out to be connected in one form or another and makes all the hard work and frustration worth while. But then I don't think I need to tell you all, you will have experienced it for yourself. I have also found some new friends on here who share the same interest that I do and have found people help each other more by steering them in the right direction when they don't know which way to go. Keep up the good work everyone. Happy researching and never give up hope of finding long lost relatives. |
