wow! How can we thank genes reunited enough? for years (on my husbands request) i have been on a quest to find his birth father after he got his social services adoption file. we had tried the standard research methods birth certificates, electoral role etc etc etc even the local press on several occassions all to no avail about 10 messages later to different genes reunited users(all on the same night) and hey presto! a reply the next day from my husbands birth father. of course we asked many questions by email of which he knew the answers(the questions weren't that hard just personal lol!) and he did the same just to check we were talking to the right person and not some weirdo! lol we are now in regular contact and rather shocked at the similarities in personality traits although they hadn't known each other at all!!!!!! scary!!!! if it hadn't been for genes reunited then i don't think we would have been in contact at all. oh well hopefully another success story for genes reunited! and once again thank-you!
