Hi just want to say a big thank you to everyone on genes,especially Joan and sheila, i joined this site at the beginning of this year, after searching and having loads of help from kind people on this site, 4 weeks ago i traced my cousin. My cousin went to see my birth mother on wednesday 4th May, told her about me .I had a phone call that eveing form my birth mother and full brother. We had lots of tears, and met up at my house yesteday (sunday),more tears and hugs we all got on well. Looking at my birth mother and brother was like looking in the mirror. I felt a strong sense of belonging at last. I am meeting my cousin next sunday, then the following week im meeting all the rest of the family!. I am so happy thank you everyone. |
