Martinelli I have been trying to locate the Martinelli family from Bermondsey and thanks to the generous help of your members I have gone back to the late 1700s. I have also discovered that Louis and William Martinelli were barometer makers - quite famous ones whose nanes appear in several books. I now think I have finally found the Italian connection as several barometer makers came here from Italy during the 1770s which ties in nicely with my information. Thankyou to everyone who supplied census returns..
