William Juggins b:1842. After looking everywhere he has been found. This piece of information may help someone else. My son found William in the 1861 uk census. I don't understand this part but William is listed as Vessel his redience and with hundreds of other people. I take it he was in the Navy at Davenport. If you are missing some one in 1861 have a look at the uk census. Wyn Rawson (Juggins Australia)
