Cozens. Does any one in the country who has the name Cozens or Cousins Originate from North Norfolk . The name goes back some seven Generations in this village of Brinton in Norfolk England. Many of the Village Church Yards localy have our names on the grave stones. These Villages are..... Brinton, Stody, Swanto Novers, Thornage and Melton Constable. The Profesion of the family in Brinton where my Gt.Gt. Grand Parents are Buried was Boot and Shoe Making and general Leather work. Gt.Gt. Grandfather was William Cousins he wife was Sarah ? One name which goes back the furthest is Richard. Othere family names are William, James, John. I do know that in the past some of the older generation went to other parts of the Country, , the I.O.W and London. So is any one out there with a conection with Brinton or surounding Villages? Hope to hear fropm some one. Robert Cozens.
