Joined Genes reunited around Oct/Nov and immediately saw a message from a lady asking for information on her g/grandfather Daid Benajmin redding from Lambeth! This rang serious alram bells as I had tried in vain for 6 years to find any relations or info on the Redding side of my family but to no avail. Got in touch and yes it is indeed the same family and we have now both shared a wealth of information about the family. I even e-mailed a photo of her great grandfather that she has never seen!! We are now actively tracing (and getting very close to) more living descendants!! |
