MILLETT MILLET MILLAT just visited 'home' for xmas. a kindly family loaned us VOLUMES of info of family names dating back to the 1700's !! I am SO PLEASED to be a member of G.R. Everyone has been SO kind and helpful. I am now confident that the 'keys' needed for my research are closely at hand. I am concentrating on the East side of london around Camberwell approxc. 1913-14.concerning our Grandmother Flora Hempstead. I would be particulary interested on further stories of,sad love letters, diary info, or service records of other domestic workers etc of the Cruft family around this time, that might lead us to our biological grandfather. All the best for '05 to fellow researchers, Peace and happiness to all, thankyou, Kathleen. |
