Hi All, I knew I had a half sister but never tried to trace her because I thought she might be bitter towards us. Still, I did post a message to say I was looking for her. Someone e-mailed me to say that a person of that name had registered with gc. I e-mailed her, no response. Tried again because I thought well if she has posted her name on this site she must be interested in finding her father's family. Success. I have had three phone calls to her and numerous e-mails. She had never seen her father and so is thrilled to see photographs etc. Also with the help of this site I found my first cousin in Canada and a fourth cousin in Canada. Georgina |
