Geoffrey Drew's success story

Marvellous! Within a day or two of uploading my tree, I was able to discover quite a lot that I didn't know about g-g-grandfather Drew. And not even by searching on the Drew surname (which is like needles in haystacks) but through someone (thanks Brenda) who was researching a far less common surname, that of g-g-grandmother Drew. So, I now have confirmed a birthplace for my greatgrandfather and greatgrandmother, and have the clues I need to search for more information. I know that great grandfather had at least one sibling, and that great-grandmother had many. With that knowledge, I might be able to make more sense of the autograph books my great aunts started in 1882 for their journey from America to Cornwall and on to Australia. Thank you Genes Reunited.
