Money well spent, The first few days were successful in my reseach for some of my distant relative I found on the site some-one trying to get Information about my Gt Gt Gt Gt Grandfathers brother I contacted the lady and she has sent me by post her Family tree this has been very helpfull imaging my suprise when I realised I once delivered Newspapers to the people on her Street 64 Years ago. I then tried to go through all the names of the people who are listed under my Surname. Suprise once again ,Icame across the name of my Cousin and it turned out I knew him and his Family I have E-Mailed him and am now waiting his reply I have been comeing on the site several times a day in anticipation of a reply .I did last year find a relation in Australia But this site has been realy the best. More success yesterday Jan 9th/05 I received forther information regarding my predesesers a lady in Hull sent me information regarding my Gt Grd Fathers Sisters Marriage I knew from the Family Bible the date of her birth and from a birthday book Which had belonged to my Gt Grd Mother her married name was Nicholson (her sister also married a Nicholson) I have now got the christian name of her husband and a lot of the Names dates of births and marriges If anyone can help me with the names Newmarsh Richardson Goy Creassy or Creasy I have these as the names of Ladies who married into the Brocklesby Family Laurence Wm Brocklesby |
