Thanks to Andrew Hunter in Melbourne who I 'met' on the Message Board I have traced living relatives, descendants of Rev Thomas Copeland, my great grandfather's brother, who was sent out to Australia as a Primitive Methodist Missionary at the time of Ned Kelly! Thanks to Andrew for his enthusiastic research on my behalf- he even found the grave of Thomas and sent me a photograph. Thank you also to the countless people who have helped by checking records, census returns etc. |
