Just a short thank you to all the people who tried to assist me recently in finding the Bruton's of Ireland. Unfortunately the information provided to me didn't enable me to track down my ancestors. As a last effort, I wrote to all 12 Brutons listed in the phone book for Cork (which was the last known city for my families residence). As a result of this I have managed to locate my fathers cousin and 2 uncles! So just a reminder to people not to rely wholly on the internet and records offices and more importantly don't give up!!
