My research had come to a halt due to my own health problems and the fact that my mother's care was increasing. Sadly she passed away last Sept aged 93 and I have once again just picked up the threads of looking into her family background. I have traced her twin sister, who has also passed away, and have located my Scottish cousins for which I am delighted. We have exchanged a number of family photos and are amazed at the family resemblances - we hope to meet up at some point in the future. |
