thanks to the net work of G R i have been reunited with a family book i remember seeing when visiting a cousin as a child
this book had been sent to auction when the cousins died by their decendants
the person who contacted me had bought it in a job lot at auction thank you in reuniting me with the book
it is a book of the history of shelby and moultrie countie in the state of illisonois U S A
in it there is the life history of my great great uncle
he had written in it and sent this book to my great grandfather

the second thing to happen is that i was contacted by someone
and since that initial contact
my husband has recieved his grandfathers four WW1 meddles
what a surprise not only getting the meddles - we did not know of there existance
but how kind of that person to send them to us thank you
