I contacted a hot match and found a new member who was researching his tree, We esblished we are related as our grandmothers were sisters. Where i have extensive history on this side my conatct Jim was just starting out with very little info on his mums family,I ahve been able to give give the family back to the early 1700,s BUT more importantly to give a family connection he never had , We think we are second cousins as his mum and my dad were cousins, his gran and mine were sisters born 1878 and 1880. |
