I have found the sister of my Dad's cousin's son quite by chance.
Her name kept matching some of my relatives on my Dad's side.
It was a real fluke because one of my hot matches mentioned a birthplace I did not know the wherabouts and googling this name bought bought up a load of family history web pages with my maiden name! one I tried belonged to another of my hot matches, I got in touch with him and he kindly put me in touch with this lady who explained her connection and has emailed a photo of her grandparents taken with mine and other brothers and sisters of the same family and wives or husbands, some time late 1950's or 1960's.
I've still got more relatives to find and lots to tell of my sucess!
I am in the meantime trying to acertain if a family nearby are also related as they have the same as my maiden name and come from the same area in Dorset originally.
