Well after searching for 5/6 years I have finally traced my Grandfather and where he was actully killed in WW1 and also found part of his family, so now I know at long last where I come from.

Just for info my Grandfather was killed at Gallipoli between August 6 - 9th 1915 and has a memorial plaque at Lone Pine, which I hope next year to go and see.

I have met Frances who is my second counsin, on my Dads side, and a big thank you to her for all her help and assistance.

I had to wade though all the lies that we were told to finally get to the truth as my Nanny had been a naughty girl woops!
