I started our Tree, last August with the name of my Half Sister, just to see if she if she was still alive, as all i new of her was her name. We shared the same Father. I found her staight away and also a Cousin that i had not bin in touch with since we were young children. I made contact with my cousin and within 12 hours was actually chatting to my Half Sister, who i had not had any contact with in life times. So for 35 years she didn't even know i existed. What a 1st conversation. It was wonderful, we clicked straight away. On the following Saturday, she was getting Married and wanted us at her wedding, which we attended and had a very surreal day. It was amazing. Heres to a new start for both of us and our families. |
