A big thank you to Yvonne.
we were matched up on Hot matches but we were not related I happened to mention that an uncle had emigrated there in the 1930's. my mum used to write to him and his family but since mum has been dead the last 14 years no contact has been made since..
I had an address for his daughter [my cousin] Yvonne asked for the address and found a phone number for her and out of the goodness of her heart rang my cousin on my behalf. I now have an e-mail address to contact my cousin direct and I will be able to fill in my tree for my relatives in Austrailia.
What l like about this site is that people will go just that little bit further for you and put themselves out and it is just a pity that the rest of the world is'nt like that
