Well what a couple of days I have had! I tracked down the couple I was looking for on the electoral roll (see thread) Lee Cowperthwaite, my cousin - known as Lee Dobson, we have met up and he is flying out to Canada to reunite with his dad after 39 years, amazing.
Here comes the surreal part. Last night I received contact on my tread from Debbie. I am amazed to say she is the aunt we all knew nothing about. Through me searching for information on my Grandfather - William James Parkinson, she has linked us together, as he was her father!
Debbie has been able to fill in the blanks surrounding his death, which is fantastic.
We knew nothing about her, and have lost many years. With your help, I now have a knew aunt and Debbie has four older sisters and a huge family she knew nothing about.
We are planning to see each other very soon.

I would like to say a massive thankyou to everyone who has help me over the last weeks, in particular
