id like to say a very warm thank you on behalf of my husband... whilst researching our tree my husband stumbled across a few pages of matches... taking pot luck he chose just 2 to answer for a start... the replies were amazing... the 2 people he chose at random were both sisters & his cousin...since this initial enquiry there have been many successes... none greater than the locating & contacting of his sisters that he had never before seen or spoken to. thanks to all those that had replied to further messages there will be a first family meeting taking place shortly where my husband will come face to face with his sisters & cousins for the first time in his lifetime. a few wild guesses have turned out to be the greatest gift he & the rest of the family could ever recieve... bonding at last... all this is down to Genes Reunited. i myself have also had luck in searching on my own side of the tree...so twice the result for us & our futures couldnt look brighter... thanks again |
