I live in Western Australia and have been using 'genesreunited' for nearly 2 years now and have found several matches. The second one was a descendant of my gt.gt.grandmother's brother. Janice lives in British Columbia, Canada and I was going there a month after we made contact - through another mutual relation. I went on a 5 week holiday and spend 3 days with Janice during that time, and have kept in touch since. We got on very well. I had been searching for 11 years for this side of my family and had no luck until this.

Keep on going, Pamela

Since then I have found matches with several other lines I am researching, and we swap information whenever we can.

'genesreunited' is a truly amazing site for finding relatives, and I recommend it to everyone looking for that elusive ancestor.
