I just want to say a big, big Thank you for everyone who has helped me on GR. I have only recently started researching my family tree, but this has brought me so much closer to my living relatives, people who I thought I knew really well, but turns out I didn't really know at all.
My Dad has terminal cancer and we don't know how long he has left. I have found out so much about his life, that otherwise would have been lost, as without GR I would have never asked the questions. Now all his memories and other family members too will be recorded forever, and future generations will have an idea of what life was life back in the Good old days.
Thanks again, it has meant so much to me and my Dad, its given him a new lease of life!
