I had assumed that they had recieved my details and didnt want to reply, but this was not the case. They seem to be astonished but pleased that contact has been made. Thank you once again for your sensitivity and common sense Katrina, as well as the time and skill you employed on my behalf.I feel that I have made another friend in you. Sincere Regards, Joan
