Mandy in Wiltshire Report 10 Feb 2008 22:53

I discovered this week that one of my Dad's aunts emigrated to the USA in 1910 but I'd never done any US research before. I did manage to find some info myself but posted on Tips asking if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Lisa has been fantastic and found loads of very useful information, plus given me some helpful suggestions. Not only did she give up a lot of time to help me, but she was unwell at the time.

Lisa, you are a star and I am very grateful! My Dad is absolutely thrilled that we have finally tracked down the USA connection. Thank you so much!
