I'm just back from a wonderful Family History Holiday in my mother's place of birth- KENT! <3

Had an amazing time visiting all my ancestral places including 5 medieval churches with long family links (up to 5x Great Grandparents married in them) in the company of my GR found 2nd Cousin <3 who I met for the first time :-)

Thank you Jem, my friends husband. He was 47 it was very quick , his wife is trying hard to be brave but lost her childhood sweetheart and soul mate. Two little boys being very brave.

Been a bit of a week, went for a check up and ended up having a biopsy instead. Feeling very sore and sorry for myself now. Also guilty for my selfish feelings, compared to my friend.
