We have had very stormy weather too. rain and strong winds, then days in between with bright sunshine but cold. No snow as yet, and probably not as extreme or dangerous as you have. Keep in and stay safe Liz! <3

We don't get "The Mountain" on BBC1 Wales. We have a nature programme too- Iolo's Great Welsh Parks, a series exploring the area around Singleton Park, Swansea- about 17 miles away from me!

I have Sky, and I have found your programme on BBC 1 Scotland, so I have put it on to record the series. It sounds very interesting :-)

Weather here is still awful. We've had everything thrown at us so far today...sunshine and blue skies, 2 minutes later rain then snow then back to sunny skies. Even the wind will die down then build up to storm force within minutes. Definitely a day for staying in!

In fact, there is a programme on BBC1 tonight called 'The Mountain' which features Cairngorm, just a few miles from where I live. Not sure if it's going out nationwide though.

Hope you're all safe and well in this atrocious weather.

Last night was particularly bad with really strong winds and rain, so not much sleep with rattling windows and doors and fear of falling trees.

Thank goodness, in the light of day, we only had a gate that had blown off our fence but others had fences blown down and tiles off roofs. Thankfully nobody hurt.
