Austen

None of them invented Elizabeth Bennett and Mr Darcy!

My Great Aunt and Uncle, Ada and Alfred Austen, were the first Civilians in Dymchurch, Kent, to be killed in the bombing in the Battle Of Britain on August 24th 1940, when their home took a direct hit by a Luftwaffe bomb.

LaGooner- I have so many people on my tree now that I've lost the plot! 3583 and counting! I couldn't remember who the Fox was! It was a woman who married a descendant of my Hertfortshire family. She was from West Ham.
