Salmon

Daughter and her partner caught a few Australian Salmon over a short Easter break. We were given two yesterday and will bake one whole today (Easter Monday). Although called Salmon, they are nothing like the Atlantic Salmon and are, in fact, a member of the Perch Family of fish

Tuna

Saw a whole fresh one in Portugal, superb. Tastes delicious.

Never seen Perch for sale, thought it was a fish the lads used to catch as youngsters, but you say the 'salmon' is of that family..comprehend !..:))

We can buy farmed Atlantic Salmon here and most of it comes from Tasmania. We can also buy packs of smoked Salmonand some of that is from Tassie and some from Denmark.

Been rather wet here... had visions of you donning your bunny outfit Sue...

My friend very craftily made little rabbits out of face flannels, she twisted them and put faces and tails on them and they have little round bums. Quite cute.

No I won't do B = Bunnies.

B = Bacon & eggs

Susan, have a great trip to Canada. We were going to go for our 40th (there was a conference on) We never made it and ended up in Margaret River instead where my OH did something to her knee. She had an operation on it just before Easter and is now hobbling with the best of them. Unfortunately, it is her right knee and so finds it quite difficult to drive.

Jelly knees .. oops, sorry :O)

(actually I am very sympathetic to Allan's wife, having seen a friend through knee-troubles - and wish her a speedy return to full F1-rated driving)
