Don't know about the fast women,I never drank it,neither any of the women that I knew did.lol. He shared it with his mates !!

$$ did the stifado have beef or rabbit? I noticed a couple of recipes which used beef but said that rabbit or hare is the normal 'meat' ingredient.

Not sure on the meat content, there certainly was plenty of chicken and lamb out there tho..
We had one meal way out in the country, which was a joint of lamb, done Greek style, and we could see them cooking it in what looked like a bin sunken in the garden,it was delicious:)
