It takes practise! But we have a lot of fun getting them wrong as well. Do join in - it doesn't matter if you only guess at a word or 2, particularly if it's a long puzzle. The correct answer is usually a team effort.

Hi folks,

Don't think I'm as good as you at this number thingy - haven't a clue about that 59 one that's on the board at the moment!!!!!! Think I need more practice and I thought I was pretty good getting 48 out of 50 on this quiz sheet I bought, obviously they are all pretty simple except the 2 I haven't managed to work out!!!! lol

Hi Everyone

Thanks so much for trying to answer my questions for the quiz. It is for a local dog rescue charity.

I've been doing the same as you thinking of all the words beginning with P for the 56 one, I have come up with
pairs, pounds, pieces, places, people, parts, pages, players, pence, pints, points, panels, papers, pegs, phrases, psalms, parables at the moment. Then for the H bit, I have half, hand, hot, hang, at the moment.

The 76 is bugging me cos the lady said she has not made a mistake and to listen to the words so I googled it and got the Music Man, listened to the singing and also got the words up on screen so unless she has replaced 'led' which is the correct word with 'played' then I am stumped.
