Hi, Diane.

Think we've all been busy lately - it's often quiet round here. I guess you're looking forward to your week off?

These peas are from my late dads garden, we haven't sold the house yet,
it has much fertile soil than ours which is/ was clay, hubby has improved it with manure and fertilizer over 30 yrs, so at the mo hubby plants veg in both gardens, often a bit time consuming to tend as they are 5 miles apart and he works 9 to 5.
But Sunday lunch with home grown kidney beans, broad beans, peas, brocoli, cauli and pots takes some beating.

On the subject of food~~~~~~~~

Fresh veg straight from the garden taste best no matter what the frozen food people say.

We've had our first crop of peas so been busy shelling them, so much quicker to put then in the pan from the freezer, but oooooh they taste so much better.
I've got the beans and pots to go yet , so must hurry.

Hi Liz,
Nice to see you I was just thinking there was nobody about. I have looked in a few times between other things.
I think I got the last one right but didn't put up another since it was so quiet.
Would you like to put one up?

Hi Daph
Was just looking around , had a busy morning, slept in and then that puts me out for the day. All behind now! And I've been having phone calls all day about my son's car insurance, which is up for renewal, he won't decide on who to go with, cos we pay the premium,so wants to speak to dad before hand( who's not home til 5pm )
Your answer appears to be correct so I was expecting you to put one up,
Jan isn't going to around until later this evening ( well she isn't normally )
Hope you're well :)

Hello, Daph.

Just come in from the garden - managed to get quite a lot done without getting caught by a shower.
