Hi Persey
Only take pain killer's and anti-inflamitry's to releave the pain, there are a number of reason's that cause flare up's of my condition and the best way to help the condition can be different for each person, confussed so are the DR's. They can't decide what it is that is the cause for it, if you have read previous post I have put up you will have seen the condition is called fibromyalgia and there is a number of web sites you can go on to find out about the condition. I have bored the peep's enough about it, to explain it further on here would bore them even more LOL

Yes it is alright with me about you not wanting to put one up and I should think the other's will understand too. but there are so few of us around at the moment that when we put one up we have a similar problem as we are not around all the time either, me for instance can only come on in the evening, so if I put one up it usually isn't confirmed till the next evening.

Hi

Because I am here in NZ it is easier if you put the numbers up. I would be asleep when you are trying to find out if you had the correct answer if I put one up.
I'll just give the odd guess a go.

That all right with you all.
Can you do ???? (things) to alleviate the pain or get some relief Diane?

I have been having pain down my left side and was waking up with it each morning. Turned the mattress over and then only got it now and then. Been to physio and there is nothing wrong with me just the mattress.
How dumb can I get?

Regards

Persey

Maybe not this week!

OH might have something to say about it if I'm doing other people's jobs, not ours! (Particularly if there's no food for him to eat)

I'm going to desert you now - in need of a cup of tea. See you soon.

I understand why you say your employer's Mum - I've seen your previous posts. It's great that she's so understanding - but then hopefully she realises how lucky she is to have you around.

Think I've still got plenty of jobs needing doing here at the moment! But then how much do you pay? LOL!

Diane

Diane Report 10 Sep 2009 20:14

Hi Liz
yes it is hard at time's but my employer's mum is very understanding and if the pain get's to much I can go home. I don't often have a flare up so it isn't a problem all the time. If you don't know why I say employer's mum and you want an explanation let me know and I will PM you hun.

Do you want to come to mine and do all my job's for me,{ be even more satisfying }LOL

Hi, Diane.

I should think it's hard having to work in pain like that - you must be glad to get home.

I'm fine, thanks - got lots of jobs done today, so quite satisfying.

Hi Sandie and anyone else around

Yes Sandie I do have pain relief hun, it is my fibromyalgia that is giving me problem's with pain, it has been bad for over a week but last night it was really bad so I went to bed early. I have anti-inflamitry tabs and I also take pain killer's, thank's for asking. Did you enjoy your brisk walk to feed the horses?

Sue,
thank's for your message last night hun, as you can see from what I have said to Sandie my pain is cause by an ongoing problem, and at the moment I have a real bad flare up of it, just one of those many complaint's that people can get.

Hi all~~~

Perse about to put another one ?... think there's a time factor with UK

Diane ,I hope you have pain relief don't know what the prob is, pm me if you'd rather.

I'm just off for a short brisk walk to feed the horses.
We used to put bread out for the birds, but hubby saw a rat picking at the bread and my neighbours saw them 3 times climbing their bird table, so it's a no no now , and the horses will come up straight away and eat the bread from your hand. The farmer is OK with it!
