Hi, Sandie.

Hope your tooth's not painful. I know what you mean about being a blond haired witch - I'm naturally blond and curly: if I've left it too long between cuts my hairdresser calls me the wild woman of Borneo! Mine also goes out sideways. At least my blond hides the grey!

I'm going to be away over the weekend so it's no good me putting one up. I've got no inspiration at all on the current one. Brain not working.

Hi all~~
Hope all' s well ;
Just had my temp crown fitted on my chipped front tooth... looks better than the original !
New woman now ..had hair done on Tues, looked like a blonde haired witch before ..wild and bleached
Ends had all bleached in the sun and strip light, and it was long (for me) hadn't had it cut for 8 weeks and my hair grows outwards being naturally curly, now gone to a brunette urchin cut, it's back to my 'natural' colour but without the grey..lol

Morning all~~~

Hope everyone is OK:)

Wondered whether anyone had come up with a solution to this question!
There was something in the newspaper today about a man from Turkey being recognised by GBR at 8ft 1 being the tallest man,
but brain isn't in gear for Sue's question and she's not going to be around much until Monday.... come on Sue tell us if any of the little words are right !!!

Di I hope you're feeling better today:)

Liz I used to shop at Tes*o but son works at A*da now so I get 10% discount, so have changed over, ther are still some things I like and go to Tes*c for but it doesn't normally reach £ 50 for me to get the petrol discount, cos that's where I normally get my petrol from cos still get clubcard points and with 3 cars it all adds up.

Yes, I did a bit of shopping inT***o on the way home - can't remember the last time OH came with me, he would have no idea what things cost. At least I spent over £50 so I'll get 5p off petrol next time.

Am totally stuck, like you.

Now having late elevenses

And you are more or less correct Sue

In November 1918 More People Died in New Zealand of the Influenza Epidemic than Died in the First World War

My Grandmother was one of them - she died when my mum was 4 and years later after my mother had died in 1985 I found out from a relative that my grandmother was pregnant at the time.

There is a book called "Black November" all about it.

The troops brought the flu back with them and the government of the day allowed them to disembark instead of quarantining the ship in the harbour.

Over to you Sue
