Hi Sue, Sandie, everyone :))

Sorry haven't been on for so long ... going through an amicable divorce, engaged to William with Mistletoe. My son has changed so much, just stayed for the third time and it was ... well, we both enjoyed it :)) G'daughter to be stays over, Grandson still asleep lol ... will soon be up, going for a walk with Cass and I. Lol, teenagers!

Wiki Yahhoo doesn't have anything that ties in with those letters as being 550 sq metres ?!?

Sorry, it is metre not metres, as you rightly say.

The C IS country, and the status of the Vatican as the world's smallest country was disputed at the time, by a tiny principality (which may give you a couple of clues into the T and P)
