Correct! Good, Sue - and you not being a golfer either!
Sounds like you and Sandie should join the EggHeads! LOL!
Well, over to Sue for the next one (question, I mean - not a bump on the head!). Take care you lot!

Hi Sandie

Memories of coming back from school wearing a plastic Alice Band (pink with loads of gorily-coloured plastic butterflies) - what a fashion statement! was I, or was I not, the envy of the school!

Then suggesting we all tried to understand what it would be like to be blind. I was probably the only mug to "see " this through - and of course, bumped headlong into a lamp post. One egg on forehead, one broken Alice Band.

The moral of the story - be careful what you wish for!

Just about to clock off..still have this 'freshers flu'
and on top of that I was returning from the bathroom at at about 5am on Tues (never put the lights on) we now have a silver curved headboard, and on returning to to bed I sat up too high in the bed getting in and bumped my head on it result lump on my forehead, which caused no pain and a slight bruise ,but lo and behold this morning I ended up with a black eye!!
Explain that one away !!
I'm in the wars this week!
Thanks for all your condolences.
Speak to you tomorrow hopefully :))
luv Sandie.

When I was in school I always wanted a black eye.lol, but it doesn't look good at my age:))))

Hope you're feeling a bit better, Sandie

Well done, Jan - the "conducted" was correct.

A Golf Ball Weighs Not More Than 1.62(oz) and has a Diameter Not Less Than 1.68(in)?

Not that I know the first thing about golf!

HI, all.
Another apology! My eye is better now - but I've suddenly been inundated with work unexpectedly. I'll dip in and out when I can.

Hope you're all OK!

Hi Jan
how's you today, I looked in last night saw nothing to be solved, saw Sandie's post so I sent pm to her. I ment to come back and post here but forgot.
We need a day shift on here as most of us are not available till the evening, that's were Daph and Jackie used to come on board as our day was their evening. What we need is a couple or more peep's who don't work and have finished their chore's to come on and post until the rest of us can get here.lol

Hi all~~
Been a bit sickly for the last 2 days.
Had my 2nd crown (temp at the mo put in and I spent all Monday in bed and most of today with a pounding headache and unable to stay awake.
I suffer with migraines and both Dr and dentist said there were no probs if there was no inflammation around the tooth...which there isn'nt
Never had such a baddy before.. usually just a bad light reaction and nausea
But this was a pounding headache, I slept for 17 hrs, I'm dropping off now again, but the headache's gone:)
Sorry I can't contribute tonight.
Speak to you soon:))
Luv Sandie.x

Despite being involved in what was basically a terrorist plot, Guy Fawkes was named the 30th Greatest Briton in a poll conducted by the BBC in 2002.

Don't know if the missing "C" is correct! However, over to Fiona as she did most of the work! Bravo!
