H, I have an ancestor, George Edward Wade who, according to Surrey Police enlistment docs, served with the 11th Reg of Foot 1848 to 1859. Although I know George was born in Marylebone London I am wondering if his army enlistment papers of 1848 would show parents/address etc. Who would be best placed to help. |
