I have a photograph of my grandfather George Baker in Uniform and I have been told that he was in the Army but I don't know anything more than that. When I research his name it appears to be quite common so i am having problems finding MY grandfather. Does anyone have any suggestions where else I can search to trace him? I realise this is a big ask but having researched my maternal side back to 1700's. I am very frustrated with not being able to find Granddad so any suggestions will be very welcome. ThANK YOU irene. |
