I have found my great uncle's name on the Arras Memorial which suggests he may be buried there. Although there is no number, the memorial states that his "plot" is " Bay 3". Does anyone know how I can get the exact location of the burial site - if indeed there is one. All the sites which promise to lead to an actual grave - do not. Can anyone help please ? :-S |

Thank you both. Unfortunately, I am sure you are right. May still make the trip one day, just to read the memorial. |
