Poor eye sight,

Hearing problems.

Mental stability.

Phyical problems..back.,,legs.etc..

anything from a long list.

If he was rejected he wont have any service records as none would have been drawn up.

Mine was rejected as he apparently had a patch on his lung, where at some point he had TB. This was the first he knew about it!!

It could be anything. My father was rejected as he had flat feet!

I would imagine that they only way you would find out is if there are some service records in his name. Unfortunately WW2 records are not online. They are still with the MOD.

They cost £30 and can take a few months to arrive.

Does anybody know how to find out why a relative (Father) was rejected on health grounds when called up in World War 2?
