WOW! Thank so very much for all of your wonderful research. That is amazing. 14 children, that's blown me away. I thought there were only 6!
Do you know how I would find out what happened to them all? Would I have to buy death certificates?

Do you mean the four children that died, if so, yes you would need the death certificates.
I have just noticed this burial posted earlier by Chris Ho:)

That's correct, Thomas McDonagh and Jessie Jackson were my great grandparents. I live in Didcot where Thomas was the Regiment sergeant major of the barracks. I remember my nanny Jessie, I was 12 when she passed away.

No, not another child that's Elaine one of the twins, If you look at the baptisms posted by Chris Ho:) on 21/6/2017 at 05:07 you will see the birth dates of both Ilena Anna and Maria are the same. As Martin & Mary McDonagh were Irish they were most likely catholic and so the baptisms were probably recorded in latin.
These are the actual birth registrations (Surname mastakenly recorded as McDonough)
MCDONOUGH, ELAINE mother's maiden name SWALLOW GRO Reference: 1906 S Quarter in SHEFFIELD Volume 09C Page 555
MCDONOUGH, MARIA mother's maiden name SWALLOW GRO Reference: 1906 S Quarter in SHEFFIELD Volume 09C Page 555
These are the death registrations for them:
MCDONOUGH, ELAINE 2 GRO Reference: 1906 S Quarter in SHEFFIELD Volume 09C Page 333
MCDONOUGH, MARIA 2 GRO Reference: 1906 S Quarter in SHEFFIELD Volume 09C Page 334
The number 2 after their names relates to their age at death but does not mean 2 yrs old. If you look at the year and quarter (Sept) you will see that they match with the year and quarter of their births. The GRO have not yet found a way of recording the ages of children under 1 year old so 2 (not in this case) could mean 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months. In this case the girls were born on 21/6/1906 and baptised on 29/8/1906 (as recorded on their baptism records) so were just over 2 months old at the time of their baptisms. As the page number recorded for the deaths follow on (p333 and p334) the timing of their deaths must have been close together.
